Customer Receptionist/Estimator Wanted at Norrlands Bil in Skellefteå

We are looking for you with a genuine interest and good knowledge of cars to join our repair workshop in Skellefteå. Perhaps you are currently a mechanic or a sheet metal worker? Maybe you, like us, find sheet metal work incredibly fun and interesting - a true craft - but want to work more with customers? About the Position

An important link in our service process is to calculate both time and cost for vehicle repairs. As a customer receptionist/estimator, you will primarily work with:

• Customer contact
• Quotations
• Daily planning
• Invoicing

You will work at our repair workshop on Tjärnvägen in Skellefteå and be part of a team of 10 colleagues who work with sheet metal work, spare parts, and customer reception. You will receive an introduction through internal training and support from your colleagues in the team to provide the best conditions for you to get into the job.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with experience in customer contact and a genuine interest in cars. Furthermore, you should have good digital skills and be quick to learn new systems and technology. It is a merit if you have worked with the estimating system CABAS and have experience in damage repairs.

To fit as a customer receptionist/estimator, you are service-oriented, always keeping the customer in focus. You can handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize them in the right order. We place great importance on our customer interactions, and you will be an important part of a chain, with significant responsibility for ensuring customer satisfaction.

We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

A valid driver's license (B) is required.
